We try our best to process orders with accuracy, however we are human, if we make a mistake, please contact us so we can make it right.
NEW parts come from a sealed LEGO set, PAB wall, or a bulk new lot from LEGO. It is worth noting that some new parts were not made yesterday and color variations do exist.
Used Parts are generally clean, but we do not wash LEGO, so they will have some dust on them. Most of our used LEGO comes from our own personal collection over the past 15+ years.
We strive to be accurate in our inventory, however no inventory system is perfect at scale, so if we are missing a few parts from an order, we’ll issue a credit or refund for the missing parts. If it is a large part of an order, we’ll contact you before shipping.
We sort mold variations to the best of our abilities. Our used LEGO has been extensively sorted by mold variant and should be accurate.
The minimum average lot amount is set to $1. This means if you have 15 lots in your order, the TOTAL of ALL lots needs to be $15, regardless of individual lot value. This ensures we can provide great service and pick your order in a reasonable timeframe.
