We ship the way we’d want to receive orders, in an organized and well packed fashion

 

What to expect for order packing:

1. Minifigs ALWAYS get their own zip lock bag, regardless of qty or value.  Our minifigs (new and used) are prepacked in individual zip lock bags in our storage, they are not loose in a drawer.
2. If you order 100 lots of parts and have 2 or 3 parts per lot, we're going to put them all in 2 or 3 zip lock bags as using 100 new zip lock backs would be a waste of materials for that.
3. If you order 10 lots of parts and have 100 parts per lot, each lot will get its own zip lock bag.
4. Generally, 10 parts per lot is the point where a lot gets its own zip lock bag.  Exceptions will be made based on the size or value of a part.
5. Sealed sets will be shipped in nice boxes and packing, meant to arrive in good condition.  If it leaves here undamaged, it should arrive there undamaged.  Every sealed box set gets a box, we do not shipped boxed sets in bubble envelopes.

Orders will ship within 5 business days of receiving payment, Monday through Friday.

NOTE: The "up to" 5 days of processing time gives us time to pick and pack orders with care.  We likely will get most orders out sooner, especially smaller ones.
